The system is based on a specialized Lillosigillo labelling machine and aims to facilitate the traceability of processed cheese and mozzarella batches. The labels are ultrasonically placed immediately after packaging. The date, batch/lot number, ‘best before’ date, etc. can be printed on the label simultaneously with its attachment.
