Carcass meat labelling and identification marking system

The marking of each slaughtered animal with an identification number at each stage facilitates its back-traceability. The number and additional information characterizing the slaughtered animal origin is printed upon a polypropylene label by a thermal transfer printer. The polypropylene label is attached to the carcass by means of arrow tag driven into the meat using a special pneumatic tagger.

The system also enables the batch tracing of pigs, sheep and goats, rabbits, etc.
