Meat cuts labelling and identification marking system

Meat cut marking is performed by a high-speed pneumatic tagger enabling the attachment of arrow tag to the meat quarters and cuts and the printing of the batch/lot or identification number of the animal from which they are derived. Once in the meat parts, the arrow tags allow for identification and tracing of every meat cut at each stage of the production process through to its dispatch.
